Elite Host Rentals

The business

Elite Host Rentals is a short-term rental management company in Pennsylvania. It creates listings across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Google, and handles pricing, guest messaging, guest screening, cleaning, maintenance and restocking for property owners.

What the website does

The site explains each service clearly, gives property owners a simple contact route, and shows owner testimonials.

What I did

I designed and developed this website. The build focused on four things:

• A fully responsive layout that works on phones, tablets and desktops.
• Fast loading pages, with optimised images and clean code.
• A search-friendly structure: clear page titles, headings and descriptions, so search engines can read and index the pages.
• Clear routes for visitors to enquire or book.

I also handled the API integration work for this project.
